1 Discovery
Discovery precedes design.
We work alongside the people closest to the problem until it can be stated precisely, in their terms.
Technology for professional services
We craft technology around the way organisations operate. Each solution addresses a precisely defined need, using the tools best suited to it, artificial intelligence included. Our first solution is in development.
Technology has never been more capable. Yet much of it is never adopted into everyday work. Our mission is to close that gap.
Every solution follows the same three-stage method.
1 Discovery
We work alongside the people closest to the problem until it can be stated precisely, in their terms.
2 Design
Existing processes, records and regulations remain as they are. Technology is selected to suit them: artificial intelligence where it adds value, simpler tools where it does not.
3 Adoption
Each solution is tested on live work by the people who will use it, and revised in response to their feedback. The objective is that what succeeds in one organisation becomes the benchmark for its industry.
Our first solution
It follows the method above, from discovery to adoption.

Our vision
We intend to set the standard for how technology is adopted across industries: careful with every detail, and built for the people who rely on it.
Our standards
Every output cites its source. Where no source exists, the solution discloses it.
Our solutions assist; they do not decide.
Information is available only to those entitled to see it.
Pricing is structured so that no individual or small organisation is excluded, and capable tools do not become a privilege.
These standards apply to every solution we build.

Standard Practise is led by people who understand how organisations are governed, how specialist work is carried out, and how solutions reach the people who need them.
Chief Executive Officer · Co‑founder
Michelle leads Standard Practise. She brings more than fifteen years in corporate administration, governance and corporate social responsibility, including as Head of India CSR and Administrative Services at Viatris, where she directed programmes in education, health and skills development with state governments across more than ten Indian states.
Chief Product Officer · Founder
Jason worked within specialist teams before and after the arrival of AI tools. He observed the gain in speed, and the gaps in reliability that kept senior staff from relying on the output. He leads the design of each solution, and holds it to the standard of accuracy that high-stakes work demands.
Chief Operating Officer · Co‑founder
Savio spent several years in technology sales across India, the Middle East and Africa, where he learned to identify a genuine problem by the way clients describe it. He leads operations, commercial strategy and pricing, so that the company’s solutions reach organisations of every size.
One keeps the company accountable to the institutions it serves. One keeps its solutions true to the demands of each industry. One keeps them true to what people will adopt.
We will assess whether technology can address it and, if so, what a solution would involve.
